Birds located in the Sonoran Desertscrubs.
The bird life in the Sonoran Desertscrubs is quite diverse.
First example we will give is the Gila woodpecker. This bird is a medium-sized woodpecker of the desert regions in Southwester United States. They rangee from places like Nevada, California, New Mexico, and of course Arizona.
Another interesting bird to find in this area is the "greater roadrunner." This species is a bird type with long legs for running, with the bird being in the Cuckoo family. These birds are of course also located in southwestern United States.
Last example will be the cactus wren. It is the largest North American wren out there, being 18-23 cm long. It nests in cactus plants and eats many types of insects. This bird sticks to arid regions at all times.
